Rocks, ravines, coves and winding paths invite you to explore the past and the present.
A pilgrimage of less than 5km takes you to the ancient Monastery of Agia Triada Tzagarolon as well as the Monastery of Gouvernetou and the cave where st. John the Hermit lived.
Hania is twenty minutes away with its fascinating "Old Town" and in contrast its truly excellent shops. You might consider buying your clothes, shoes and swimwear here where the latest Italian and other fashions may be found. Access to the National Road is quickly reached offering options for further sightseeing.
